  From East Route 4 or East Route 80 - Take exit 72 on Route 4 or exit 72 from the local lanes of Route 80. At the light at the end of the exit ramp take a left onto route 9W. Go to the third light and take a left into the KING'S SUPERMARKET. Linwood Optical is adjacent to KING'S SUPERMARKET.

  From New York City, Long Island - Take the George Washington Bridge lower level, take the first right hand exit. At the end of the exit ramp take a right at the light onto Route 9W and at the next light take a left into the KING'S SUPERMARKET plaza.
